About Corporate Tuition
When an employer assumes responsibility for an employee’s child’s tuition, the following exclusive benefits are available to the family and the employer:
  • Guaranteed spot at any time (if student meets admission requirements)
  • Flexible withdrawal in case of relocation – prorated tuition based on attendance
  • First-time enrollment deposit is required; no upfront deposit required when re-enrolling
  • No late enrollment or administrative fees
  • Customized payment plans at no additional charge
  • No finance charges on account balances

Additional Fees

Admission Fee $200 for new students only (due with application)
New Family Fee (Grades K-8) $2,000 for new families only (due with 1st tuition installment)
Field Trip Fee $75 for students in Preschool
$100 for students in Grades K-4
$200 for students in Grades 5-8
(all due with 1st tuition installment)
Fast Track German Language Program (FTGLP) Fee $4,000 per student in Grades 3-6
GPG Membership Fee $60 per student

Tuition Reductions

Sibling Reductions $1,000 tuition reduction for the second child enrolled at GISC. For every additional child, the tuition is reduced by one-third of the original rate.
  
A non-refundable $1,500 tuition deposit is due with student registration. The balance of the tuition is paid in two installments on July 1 and November 1. Monthly payment plans are available with a 2.5% surcharge to total tuition, payable with the first installment.

*Corporate tuition applies when tuition is paid by a parent’s employer.

    Students applying later than March 15 may be placed on our waitlist and admitted in the order of their applications.
  • Financial Aid

    We are committed to making our individualized, bilingual, international education available to as many families as possible. Our mission is to help our students become thoughtful, well-rounded global citizens, and this begins with making GISC accessible to everyone, ensuring that our community represents learners of all economic backgrounds. We provide financial assistance to families on a case-by-case basis.

    Contact our Admissions Office at admissions@germanschoolchicago.com for information on our Financial Aid program. Please note Financial Aid takes into consideration a family’s entire financial situation, including household income, family size, expenses, assets, liabilities, and more.
     
    Tuition is revised every school year following the decision of the Board of Trustees.
